Director
Todd’s background spans both architectural builds and remedial work, giving him a deep understanding of not just how to build homes well, but also where things can go wrong.
As a leader, he stays calm under pressure and empowers his team to make decisions, as long as they align with the company’s vision.
Todd leads Haiku with a clear focus on creating well-built, systemised homes that are healthier, longer-lasting, and better to live in.
Mick
Lead Carpenter
Mick’s the rock of the team — a lead carpenter who brings steady leadership, great energy, and a real sense of control on site. He’s consistent in everything he does and leads by example, which sets the standard for the rest of the crew. Mick has a mature approach to project management and keeps things running smoothly by sticking to our systems and processes. You can rely on him to keep a job on track while maintaining a positive and focused environment.

Lead Carpenter
Blake’s the kind of guy you want on your job when things need to be done right. He’s a hardworking lead carpenter who’s highly skilled on the tools and takes real pride in his work.
What sets Blake apart is his ability to think ahead, he’s always spotting potential issues before they arise and working through solutions early. He brings a strong, motivated attitude to site and is someone the team can depend on day in, day out.
