Todd Parris
Director
Todd, a fourth-generation builder, has building in his blood. With over 15 years of experience in residential construction, Todd’s passion for building is unparalleled.
Although Todd is a carpenter by trade, he expanded his expertise by completing his Certificate IV in Building in 2013 and followed it up with a Diploma of Building and Construction Management. This comprehensive education provided Todd with a deep understanding of both small-scale residential projects and large-scale endeavours.
In addition, Todd is a certified Passive House builder, having undergone training in 2020. This certification equips Todd with the knowledge to construct houses to the highest global standards. These exceptional homes consume up to 90% less energy while ensuring optimal comfort for their occupants. Todd’s fascination with building science and technical details reached new heights after his Passive House training in 2020.
As a fourth-generation builder, Todd possesses the wisdom and dependability of an experienced professional, while infusing his own unique passion for constructing high-performance homes.

Casey has been a part of Haiku from day one. More than just a Carpenter, Casey brings his own personality and passion into all the work that we do. An excellent role model for our up-and-coming Carpenters. Leading the way with his exceptional work ethic, Casey has a bright future.
Andrew
Lead Carpenter
Andrew brings a lot to the table as an experienced Carpenter. Andrew’s wide knowledge and love for building and all things tools shines through in his passion for work. There’s not one part of building that Andrew shys away from and he is a big asset to Haiku.
Andrew is a mad fisherman and regularly competes, getting out in his Hobie.
Blake
Carpenter
Starting with Haiku as a second year apprentice, Blake brought a natural talent to the trade. Blake has gone from strength to strength over the years and is an integral part of the team. Blake is truly grasping the difficult elements of renovation carpentry and is becoming a fine Carpenter.
Cooper
Apprentice Carpenter
Starting as a first year apprentice, Cooper brings boundless enthusiasm for the work we do.
An old head on young shoulders, Cooper is a true gentleman. Cooper is a bright young lad with a very bright future. Lucky to have Cooper, we are excited to see him grow as a Carpenter.
