What we bring to a healthy, high-performance project
Airtightness, built as drawn
Full Pro Clima system: membranes, tapes and the junction details that make the line continuous. We know where the airtight layer is on every drawing before we start.
Thermal-bridge-free junctions
Slab edges, window reveals, roof-to-wall. We build the detail you drew, and we tell you early if the existing structure won’t let us.
Blower-door tested, every airtight build
Every job with a ventilation system that we seal to an airtight standard gets tested before the linings go on, so there’s still time to fix it. Leaks get found and sealed while the walls are still open, not after the plasterer has been.
WUFI moisture modelling
We model the wall and roof assemblies for condensation risk before we build them, so the healthy-home claim survives the first winter.
Healthy materials, held to a standard
Low-VOC finishes, low-tox sealants and adhesives, moisture control. Selections checked against the Healthy Home standard, not left to whoever is at the counter.
Fixed price, your client protected
The Clarity Process prices the documented scope line by line before contract. Fewer variations, and none that make you look bad in front of your client.
How we work with you
No tenders. Your work credited.
We don’t tender for new work. If your client has already engaged us through the Clarity Process and wants a comparison quote off your tender set, that’s fine, that’s their price check. But we don’t compete for a project against an undefined field on price. That race is what the Clarity Process exists to escape.
The Clarity Process runs alongside you, not around you. We price your documented scope line by line and come back with buildability questions early, while they’re cheap to answer. Three proposal rounds, then a fixed price your client can sign.
Every project we publish names the architect or designer, with your permission, and links to you.
Todd completed the Passive House Tradesperson course in 2020. That’s training, not experience. The experience comes from every house we’ve built since day one, and every one of them has been wrapped in Pro Clima membranes.
Where we build
Five regions
Illawarra, Inner West, Southern Highlands, Eastern Suburbs and the Sutherland Shire. Renovations and extensions first; new builds and outbuildings where the project suits.
