The shed that changed the whole house
The blue studio at the end of the sandstone path, under the autumn tree.
Down the garden path,
the old shed learns a new trade:
office, then retreat.
What was a garden shed is now a cottage-style studio at the end of the yard: a parents’ retreat and a home office that isn’t the kitchen table.
A modest build that gave the family back the rear half of their home. Fully insulated and detailed like a house, because it is one. The outdoor kitchen on the hardwood deck, against the recycled brick wall, is where the family actually eats.
